When you first sign up you will be billed for your first box straight away, and then it will be sent out within 48 hours (Mon – Fri). You will then be billed on the same date each month, and your box sent out with the same 48 hour period after that (Mon – Fri).
You can expect to receive each box within 2-3 days of it being dispatched.
All of our dog treats are made from 100% natural ingredients. The vast majority of our natural dog treats are single protein. They are natural, grain/wheat/gluten free and your dog will love them!
You will receive 5-7 packets of treats in each MegaBox or PuppyBox. For £10 extra you will have the option to double-up on tasty treats with our Supersized Treat Box. Our Letterbox Treat Box will contain a small taster sample of the treats that will be in that month’s MegaBox (but won’t include the bigger/bulkier treats or any toys).
Our toys are eco-friendly - made from recycled, natural or sustainable materials. All of our treats are packed in transparent EN13432 Certified fully compostable and biodegradable film bags - NO PLASTIC here!
To minimise waste we also use bags that are just the right size to snuggly fit the tasty treats in comfortably. No massively oversized bags trying to trick you that you’re getting more treats than you actually are!
Absolutely! We are a family business and have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (20kg) and a Yorkshire Terrier (5kg) - both dogs are fed all of the natural treats we put into our boxes- and they love them all! Our Yorkie’s favourite is the Trachea cuts- it just takes him a lot longer to eat one than our Staffie.
We also offer a PuppyBox treat box for those pet parents who want their puppy to eat smaller/softer treats.
